1. 30 Day Weight Loss Challenge

    While searching for random motivational images/random fitness stuff I found this thing called the 30 Day Weight Loss Challenge. I figured if I do it it would be a good way to start my weight loss journey. Hopefully, I actually do all 30 days. It is summer and I do spend the majority of my day on my laptop so it shouldn’t be that hard.

    Ok i have decided to get back to dieting…graduating july IJN… so need to shed these kg’s off… i have always been a big girl and been trying everything to shed my kg’s off but hey…had a gastic band operation like 6 yrs ago it did work till i had some complications  and i almost past but thank God, so had to get if removed…then put them kg’s back on. then last summer got my ass to the gym..:-) yeaaa it did work but had to go back to uni for my 3rd yr thus stoping the gym :-(…..put dem kilos back on again….. now want to get back to juicing n dieting n exercise hope i can keep up. my intention is not to be skinny, just healthy…
